30 Well Made Portfolio Websites for Inspiration

A web portfolio must be focused on two things: exposing the work and showing who’s the creator. When creating your portfolio website you must think of yourself and avoid copying other designs or concepts. It is your website and it must reflect your personality, so it is a bad idea to use common designs such as templates or wordpress themes especially if you work or promote someone from the design industry.

A good portfolio website must show your best work, a list with your most prominent customers, your skills and a short description of how you work. Also, it must offer quick access to a contact page filled with all the necessary information.

If you want to create a portfolio website then you can look at some examples but only for seeing what others made, not to copy – remember, your portfolio must be unique. In this article you can see a collection of 30 well made portfolio websites which reflect the personality, the work and the style of their owners.
